The Solution

Zenarix deployed an intelligent document processing (IDP) pipeline using computer vision and OCR to automatically extract and validate data from delivery PDFs with 98.6% accuracy. We integrated the output directly with their ERP via a custom API middleware, eliminating manual data entry entirely. In parallel, we migrated all workloads to AWS using Terraform-managed infrastructure with multi-AZ failover, reducing their infrastructure cost by 31% and providing a full DR capability for the first time.
