The Challenge
TechTonic's previous ticketing site frequently crashed during the initial hours of ticket release, and entry scanning was done manually from paper lists, causing massive entry delays.
The Solution
We constructed a serverless API backend on AWS Lambda and DynamoDB. Tickets are delivered instantly via PDF with unique encrypted QR codes. We built a mobile PWA scanning app for volunteers to validate entry tickets offline.
